My entry for today is special Thai salad called "Som Tum". It's a papaya salad with salted "crablets", chopped beans, tomato, garlic, dried peanuts and of course tons of chili!

Yummy Sunday- Mii Lueang (Yellow Noodle)

This is one of my favorite dishes for breakfast- the "Mii Lueang" which means the yellow noodle. I love the nutritious ingredients that were included in it. You could eat it with or without the soup.

Steamboat Dinner at MK Suki

My bro and his wife invited us to have steamboat dinner at MK Suki at Carrefour Superstore (one of our favorite store here in Hatyai).

the picture above is in courtesy of http://phil.uk.net/hatyai/shopping.html

What I love about this kind of dinner is it's very delicious and nutritious- arrays of veggies and fish balls. I love their chili sauce and free tea that go with this serving. Instead of soft drinks, we choose orange juice to keep as refreshed.

Yummy Sunday #1

Thank God it's Sunday! It's time to fellowship with other believers and it's my first time to join Yummy Sunday! I'm sorry I forgot the name of this food. We ate this one last New Year's Party of my school. It's a Thai Cuisine offered to us by Daiichi Hotel. It's very delicious...soooo yummy!

The ingredients include hotdog, squid, fishball, mushroom, quail eggs and cashew nuts.
